Cheese Omelette Recipe

I have a recipe which is very near and dear to my heart and that is of Cheese Omelette. I prepare this yum Cheese Omelette as a Side Dish every month or even more often. You will be tempted to prepare this Cheese Omelette recipe again.

Ingredients

 
4 eggs
 
1/4 cup (60 mL) milk
 
1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
 
A dash of pepper
 
2 tsp (10 mL) butter
 
1/2 cup (125 mL) cheese grated

Directions

Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a medium-sized bowl; beat until well blended.
Heat a browning dish for 3 minutes at HIGH.
Place butter in the browning dish.
When melted, add the egg mixture.
Cover with lid or waxed paper and microwave at MEDIUM 3 to 3 1/2 minutes, or until omelette is almost set in the centre.
Sprinkle with cheese, cover and let stand for 2 minutes.
Loosen eggs with rubber spatula, tilt browning dish and roll omelette on to serving plate.
