Cheese Mould Recipe
Ingredients
Cream-style cottage cheese - 1 carton
Cream cheese - 2 packages (3-oz. Each)
Unflavored gelatin - 1 env.
Salt - 1/4 tsp.
Seedless green grapes - 1/2 cup
Broken pecans - 1 cup
Chives - 2 tbsp. Chopped
Heavy cream - 1 cup, whipped
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Keep cheeses at room temperature and blend thoroughly.
MAKING
2. In 1/4 cup cold water soften gelatin and dissolve over boiling water.
3. Add salt and stir into cheese mixture.
4. Add grapes, pecans and chives and fold in cream.
5. Into individual molds or 1-quart mold spoon and chill for 4 to 6 hours.
SERVING
6. Serve with garnish as desired.
