Ingredients

 
Broken macaroni- 3/4 cup
 
Parsley- 1 teaspoon
 
Onion- 2 teaspoons, chopped
 
Green pepper- 1 tablespoon
 
Fat- 2 tablespoons
 
Cheese- 1/2 cup, grated
 
Milk- 1 1/2 cups
 
Egg- 1
 
Salt- 1 teaspoon
 
Buttered crumbs- 1/2 cup

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 400F degrees
MAKING
2.In a pot, cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender
3.Also cook parsley, onion and green pepper in fat until tender
4.Drain water from macaroni
5.In buttered baking dish, place a layer of macaroni then add a layer of onion mixture and cheese
6.Repeat until dish is full
7.Pour over it the milk mixed with egg and salt
8.Cover with buttered crumbs and brown in hot oven
SERVING
9.Serve with sauce
