Cheese Herbed-Topped Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients
9 tomato slices, cut 3/4-inch thick
3 tablespoons reduced-calorie Italian salad dressing
Vegetable cooking spray
3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
Directions
Brush tomato slices on both sides with salad dressing, place in a single layer in a 9-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Sprinkle tomato slices evenly with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Combine breadcrumbs and basil, sprinkle mixture over cheese.
Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
