Cheese Fritters Recipe

This Cheese fritter recipe is simply wonderful. I love making the cheese fritters as it is not only my children's favorite but mine too. You really should try some of these cheese fritters!

 Milk1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Worcestershire sauce1 Teaspoon
 Onion1 Small, minced fine
 Hot pepper1 Dash
 Biscuit mix2 Cup (32 tbs)
 Diced american cheese1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
 Fat2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
 Jelly/Jam1 Tablespoon (Of Your Choice)

In a bowl mix egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, onion, pepper, and prepared biscuit mix.
Blend well, then stir in the cheese.
Preheat fat in skillet.
Drop mixture by tablespoons into hot fat.
Fry until golden brown fritters.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve with your favorite jelly or jam.
