Ingredients

 
Butter - 1/2 stick
 
Flour - 3 tbsp.
 
Milk - 1 1/2 cup
 
Cheddar cheese soup - 1 can
 
American cheese - 8 slices, cubed
 
Minced garlic to taste
 
Minced onion to taste
 
Seasoned salt to taste
 
Cauliflowerets
 
Rolled pepperoni
 
Sauteed mushroom buttons

Directions

MAKING
1. In fondue pot melt butter and stir in flour.
2. Cook adding milk gradually cook, stirring, until thickened.
3. Cook over low heat adding soup, cheese, garlic, onion and salt stirring frequently, until cheese is melted.
4. Place pot on stand over low flame.

SERVING
5. Place cauliflowerets, pepperoni slices and mushroom buttons on fondue forks and dip into fondue.
