Swiss Cheese Fondue With White Wine Recipe
Ingredients
| Dry white wine | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 medium clove garlic, cut | ||
| 8 ozs. (8 slices) natural Swiss cheese, cut in pieces | ||
| Flour | 4 Tablespoon | |
| 2 10 3/4 oz. cans condensed cheddar cheese soup | ||
| French bread or cubes of whole wheat bread | ||
Directions
Heat wine and garlic in a saucepan or fondue pot to simmering.
Combine cheese and flour.
Gradually blend into wine.
Heat until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
Blend in soup.
Heat, stirring until smooth.
Dip bread into fondue.
