Cheese Drop Biscuits Recipe
Ingredients
| Sharp cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| All purpose flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup very cold water | ||
Directions
In food processor, grate 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese.
Remove; put in steel blade.
Add: flour, butter and baking powder; mix.
Add cheese and water; mix until consistency of dough.
Drop biscuits onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes.
