Cheese Cutlets Recipe
Over the years I have mastered the art of making Cheese Cutlets which I was taught by my family elders. The main ingredient in Cheese Cutlets is Milk Product. Ingredients
4 boiled potatoes
300 grams (10 1/2 oz.) cottage cheese
2 tablespoons chopped coriander
6 chopped green chillies
1 chopped onion
1 teacup chopped cabbage
3 slices bread, salt to taste
1 teacup plain flour
bread crumbs, oil for deep frying, tomato ketchup to serve
Directions
1. Mash the potatoes very well.
2. Crumble the cheese well.
3. Soak the bread slices in water for 2 minutes and then squeeze out the water.
4. Mix the potatoes, cheese, coriander, chillies, cabbage, onions and bread slices very well and add salt.
5. Shape into cutlets.
6. Mix the flour very well in 1 1/2 teacups of water. Dip the cutlets in this paste and roll into bread crumbs.
7. Just before serving, deep fry in oil.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
