Cheese Crust Beef Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 1⁄2 Pound | |
| Green pepper | 2 Tablespoon, diced | |
| Salt | 1 3⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1⁄8 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Flour | 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) | |
| Tomato juice | 3 Cup (48 tbs) | |
| Celery | 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), diced | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Shortening | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Sharp cheese | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), grated |

Directions
Add 1 1/2 tea- spoons salt, garlic powder and pepper.
Mix in 1/4 cup flour; add tomato juice, stirring constantly.
Add celery and Worcestershire sauce; simmer for 15 min- utes.
Pour into 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Cut short- ening into remaining flour and salt.
Add cheese; mix well.
Add 1/4 cup water, stirring with fork until dough holds together.
Roll out on floured waxed paper.
Place crust over top of beef mixture.
Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
