Cheese Cracknell Biscuits Recipe

1/2 tspn, baking powder
8 oz. flour
2 oz. grated cheese
2 oz. butter

Rub butter into the flour and add the baking powder, cheese and salt.
Mix to a stiff dough with a little water and knead until smooth.
Turn onto a floured board and roll out wafer thin.
Cut into small rounds and bake on baking sheets at 350° F for 10 mins.
