 1 cup shredded Canadian cheese 250 mL
 Dry mustard1/8 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Dash of pepper, paprika or mace
 Cornstarch1 Tablespoon
 1 cup hot cooked cereal 250 mL
 Butter1 Tablespoon
 Milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Eggs2 , separated

Directions

Combine cheese, mustard, salt, pepper and cornstarch.
Add butter and milk to cereal, add the dry ingredients and beaten egg yolks.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into oiled casserole.
Set casserole in pan of hot water.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes until firm at 350F (180C).
