| Pepper/Paprika / mace | 1 Dash | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cooked cereal | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cracked Wheat Is Best) | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 , separated |

Directions
Add butter and milk to cereal, add the dry ingredients and beaten egg yolks.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into oiled casserole.
Set casserole in pan of hot water.
Bake at 350 F.
Until firm.
Test with a knife.
