Cheese Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1 (3 oz.) package lemon jelly
2 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs
1/2 lb. butter
2 teaspoons sugar
1 cup hot water
8oz. package cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 pint whipping cream
Directions
Dissolve jelly in hot water.
Let cool, but not set.
Mix crumbs, butter and sugar, and line bottom of 13x9" pan.
Cream the cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Whip the cream -blend all together and pour on crust.
Refrigerate will set in 3 hours.
