Cheese Batter Bread Recipe
Ingredients
| Milk | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), warm (or water) | |
| Unrefined oil | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Raw honey | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Eggs | 3 , beaten | |
| Whole wheat flour | 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) | |
| Active dry yeast packet | 1 | |
| Sea salt | 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Sesame seeds | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted | |
| Cheddar cheese | 2 Cup (32 tbs), grated |
Directions
Mix the milk, oil, honey, and eggs.
Mix half the flour, the yeast, salt, sesame seeds, and cheese.
Add to the liquid mixture.
Beat 3 or 4 minutes.
Work the emaining flour in by hand.
Cover the dough and let rise 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Shape into a loaf and place in a well-oiled 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Press extra sesame seeds into the top of the loaf.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 Degree.
Cool on a rack.
