Ingredients

 Milk3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), warm (or water)
 Unrefined oil1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Raw honey1 Tablespoon
 Eggs3 , beaten
 Whole wheat flour2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
 Active dry yeast packet1
 Sea salt1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Sesame seeds1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted
 Cheddar cheese2 Cup (32 tbs), grated

Directions

Mix the milk, oil, honey, and eggs.
Mix half the flour, the yeast, salt, sesame seeds, and cheese.
Add to the liquid mixture.
Beat 3 or 4 minutes.
Work the emaining flour in by hand.
Cover the dough and let rise 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Shape into a loaf and place in a well-oiled 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Press extra sesame seeds into the top of the loaf.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 Degree.
Cool on a rack.
