Cheese Balls Recipe
Adapted from Sharp Microwave and Convection Cookbook.
Ingredients
250 g cream cheese
60 g butter
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 shallots, finely chopped
1 tablespoon mango chutney
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup toasted flaked almonds
Directions
Soften cream cheese in a small bowl for 30 seconds on HIGH.
Add butter.
Cook a further 10 seconds.
Beat until well combined.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, shallots, chutney and cheese.
Cook for 3 minutes on MEDIUM.
Beat mixture until smooth.
Chill 1-2 hours.
Shape into balls.
Coat with toasted almonds.
Refrigerate 3-4 hours until firm.
Serve with crackers.
