Ingredients

 
1 pound thinly sliced bacon
 
10 green onions, with tops, chopped
 
2 tablespoons butter
 
2 cups grated American cheese
 
12 crepes

Directions

Fry bacon until crisp.
Drain and crumble.
Pour off bacon fat from fry pan.
Add butter, and heat.
Stir in onions and cook for 3 minutes, until soft.
In each crepe, place a small amount of onions, and spoonfuls of bacon and cheese.
Reserve enough cheese to sprinkle tops.
Roll up each crepe and place in a buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle tops with cheese.
Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.
