Directions
Gradually cut in mixed and sifted dry ingredients; chill.
Roll out very thin on a lightly floured board.
Cut into 4-inch squares.
Combine apricots and sugar.
Place 1 tablespoon of the apricot mixture on each square of pastry.
Fold squares into triangles and seal edges with a fork.
Prick tops with a fork.
Place on a cookie sheet.
Bake in a moderate oven (375° F) 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 18 to 20 turnovers.
