Cheese And Tomato Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
3/4 cup grated cheese
2 tablespoons softened butter
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
2 tomatoes
4 slices buttered toast
4 slices bacon
Directions
Combine the cheese, butter, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Peel the tomatoes, cut across in halves and then cut each half through again, making 8 slices.
Place 2 slices on each slice of bread and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover with the cheese mixture and top with a slice of bacon.
Arrange on a baking tray and cook in a fairly hot oven for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp and the cheese has melted.
