Cheese And Spinach Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 3 Large, beaten | |
| Flour | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Cottage cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Spinach | 10 Ounce | |
| 1 1/2 cups shredded aged Cheddar cheese | ||
Directions
Combine the eggs and flour in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
Stir in the cottage cheese.
Fold in the spinach.
Stir in the shredded cheese.
Spoon into a greased 9inch pie plate.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Serve hot or cold with poached salmon.
