Cheese-Anchovy Bowl Recipe

| Torn lettuce | 1 Medium | |
| Torn curly endive | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Torn watercress | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Natural swiss cheese | 4 Ounce | |
| Anchovy fillets | 2 Ounce | |
| Italian salad dressing | 3 Tablespoon |
Directions
Chill greens.
In large salad bowl combine lettuce, endive, and watercress.
Add Swiss cheese and anchovy fillets.
Toss with about 3 tablespoons salad dressing.
