Cheese With Herbs And Pasta Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Large, chopped | |
| Garlic | 3 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Pasta shells | 1 Pound | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cottage cheese ricotta | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 1 tablespoon dried | ||
| Chopped basil | 4 Tablespoon, dried | |
| Dried oregano | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Melt the butter in a large frying pan and gently saute the onion and garlic until tender, about 5 minutes.
Set the pasta to cook in boiling water.
Mix the sour cream and ricotta cheese to a smooth consistency.
Add the parsley, basil and oregano and stir well.
Season with the salt and pepper.
Add this mixture to the saute and place over a very low heat, stirring frequently.
When the pasta has cooked, drain and rinse it well.
Turn it into a serving dish and stir in the hot cheese sauce.
