 1 recipe cheese pastry
 Bread crumbs1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter50 Gram
 1/2 cup thick sweet mint chutney
 Tomato sauce1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Poppy seeds1 Tablespoon
 4 tbsps. milk or 1 egg beaten

Directions

1. Roll out the pastry to 3/4 thick neat rectangle.
2. Spread butter first. Then tomato sauce and chutney. Spread evenly. Roll up like a Swiss roll. Wrap in butter paper and chill.
3. Cut into thin slices, brush with milk or beaten egg. Roll in bread crumbs. Sprinkle poppy seeds.
4. Place on a greased baking tray. Bake in a moderate oven 1 90°C-375°F-gas mark-5 for 10 minutes.
