Cheese Volcano Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pound finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, at room temperature | ||
| 4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature | ||

Directions
Beat cheeses together in electric mixer until smooth and well blended.
Mold in volcano shape, making an indentation on top about 3 inches in diameter and 1 1/2 inches deep.
Fill with chopped chutney.
Drizzle steak sauce down sides of volcano.
