Cheese Twists Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups cheese, grated
2 cups all purpose flour
6 tbsp corn oil
1/4 tsp salt
Pinch of cayenne
1 cup cold water
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp milk paprika
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
In a bowl, mix first 5 ingredients.
Gradually blend in water, stirring to a soft dough.
With a rolling pin, flatten dough into a rectangle, 1/8 inch (0.25 cm) thick.
Cut into strips, 6 inch (15 cm) long by 1/2 inch (1.25 cm) wide.
Twist.
In a small bowl, beat together egg and milk.
Transfer cheese twists to a greased baking sheet.
Brush with egg mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Lightly brown in oven 15-20 minutes.
