Cheese Topped Vegetable Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Beef bouillon- 4 cups | ||
| Chicken- 2 cups cubed cooked | ||
| Frankfurters- 1/2 pound, sliced pennywise | ||
| Hard dry sausage- 1/4 pound, diced | ||
| Gruyere cheese package | 1 | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a large pan, add the butter and heat well
2. Add the onions and the celery to the pan and sauté on medium heat till the vegetables are tender.
3. Add the bouillon cubes, chicken, sausage and frankfurters to the pan and cook again for 15 minutes
SERVING
4. Garnish with VALIO Gruyere cheese and serve hot.
