Cheese Topped Fillets Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 lb. pike fillets | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Monosodium glutamate | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| American Cheese slice | 4 | |
Directions
In shallow baking pan, sprinkle fish with salt, MSG, flour, paprika and garlic salt.
Sprinkle with flour; top with paprika.
Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes, until fish flakes.
Top with cheese; place under broiler until cheese bubbles.
