 Pastry for 2 crust 9 inch pie
 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
 Milk1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), scalded
 Eggs3 , beaten
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Nutmeg1/8 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash
 Paprika

Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Roll out pastry and cut into 3-inch rounds.
Line 36 tiny (2-inch) tart pans with pastry rounds.
