Cheese Stuffed Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 even-sized potatoes | ||
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Cottage cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chives | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Pepper white | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Coarse salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Wash the potatoes and cook in their skins in boiling, salted water, until tender.
Drain and cut each one in half.
Using a spoon, scoop out the insides carefully and mix with the cottage cheese, chives, pepper and butter to form a smooth mixture.
Fill the potato skins with this mixture and place the two halves back together.
Place on a baking sheet, sprinkle with the coarse salt and paprika.
Bake in a moderate oven (350° F) for 10 minutes.
