Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
| Large mushrooms 12 | ||
| Softened cream cheese | 4 Ounce | |
| Sour cream | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Dried chives | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Seasoned salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Bacon slices, partly cooked, halved 6 | ||
Directions
Twist stems from mushrooms.
Reserve for another use.
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, chives and salt together.
Spoon into mushrooms.
Cover mushrooms with bacon.
Tuck ends underneath.
Arrange in baking pan.
Bake in 350°F (180°C) oven for about 20 minutes, or broil until sizzling hot.
Arrange 3 mushrooms on each plate as a first course.
