Ingredients

 
Mushrooms - 13
 
1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese - 6 ounces
 
50% Less Fat Bacon Bits - 2 tablespoons
 
Garlic - 1 tablespoon, minced
 
Black Pepper - to taste
 
Onion Powder - to taste
 
Olive Oil Spray - as required

Directions

MAKING
1. Wipe the mushrooms down with a clean and dry kitchen towel.
2. Now remove the stems carefully and set aside.
3. Finely mince up your mushroom stem.
4. Spray down a pan with extra virgin olive oil spray and heat.
5. Now add in your minced mushrooms stems and minced garlic.
6. Allow to cook for a few minutes.
7. Once your mushroom stems have cooked through remove pan from heat and set aside to cool.
8. Stir in your seasoning and your 1/3 less fat cream cheese.
9. Spray down a baking sheet with olive oil spray and place your mushroom caps on the sheet.
10. Give a light spraying of olive oil spray to your mushroom caps as well.
11. You'll stuff your mushroom caps with about 1/2 a tablespoon of your stuffing.
12. Bake them in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

SERVING
13. Serve hot and enjoy!
