 Shredded mozzarella cheese2 Cup (16 tbs), divided
 Ricotta cheese2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Romano cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Spinach1 Can (10oz), drained
 Garlic powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Manicotti10 , cooked
 Tomato sauce1 Can (10oz)
 Sweet basil1/8 Teaspoon
 Oregano1/8 Teaspoon

Directions

Mix 1 cup mozzarella, ricotta, Romano, tomato, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Stuff cooked manicotti with cheese filling.
Arrange in 2-quart oblong glass baking dish.
Set aside.
Combine tomato sauce, basil and oregano.
Pour over manicotti.
Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
Convection Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes
