Cheese And Tomato Stuffed Manicotti Recipe
Ingredients
| Shredded mozzarella cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs), divided | |
| Ricotta cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Romano cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Spinach | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Garlic powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Manicotti | 10 , cooked | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Sweet basil | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 1/8 Teaspoon |
Directions
Mix 1 cup mozzarella, ricotta, Romano, tomato, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Stuff cooked manicotti with cheese filling.
Arrange in 2-quart oblong glass baking dish.
Set aside.
Combine tomato sauce, basil and oregano.
Pour over manicotti.
Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
Convection Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes
