Cheese and Crab Stuffed Manicotti Recipe
Ingredients
| Mozzarella cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Ricotta cheese | 1 Carton (1l) | |
| Romano cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 {7 3/4 oz.) can spinach, drained | ||
| Garlic powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Manicotti | 8 , cooked | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Basil | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Mozzarella cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
Directions
Combine 1 cup mozzarella, ricotta, Romano, crab meat, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Stuff cooked manicotti with cheese filling.
Arrange in 2-quart oblong glass baking dish.
Set aside.
In 2-cup glass measure, combine tomato sauce, basil and oregano.
Pour over manicotti.
Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at high (10) 11 to 17 minutes until hot.
