Ingredients
12 canned artichoke bottoms
1 Cup (250 ml) cheese spread
2 round slices tomatoes, cut into 6 wedges each
3 black olives, cut into wedges
12 small celery leaves
Directions
– Fill artichoke bottoms with cheese spread, then garnish each with 1 tomato wedge, 1 olive wedge and 1 celery leaf.
