Ingredients

 Butter1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2-1 cup Cheddar, American or Swiss cheese, grated
 Flour2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt To Taste
 Cayenne to taste

Directions

Mix soft butter, cheese, flour and seasoning.
Put through a cookie press with star blade onto cookie sheet.
Dry out in 350° oven for 10-15 minutes.
Do not brown.
