Cheese Strata Recipe
|White bread slice||12 (Remove Crust)|
|Frozen chopped broccoli||10 Ounce, cooked, drained (1 Package)|
|American cheese||3⁄4 Pound, sliced|
|Eggs||6 , beaten|
|Cooked ham||2 Cup (32 tbs), finley diced|
|Instant minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Tablespoon|

Fit scraps of bread, with top crusts removed, in bottom of 13" x 9" x 2" baking dish.
Place cheese in layer over bread.
Add layer of broccoli, then ham.
Arrange bread "doughnuts and holes" on top.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over bread and all.
Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 55 minutes.
Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese 5 minutes before end of baking time.
Let stand 10 minutes - cut in squares.
