Ingredients

 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Flour3 Tablespoon
 Milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 teaspoon salt few grains cayenne
 American Cheese1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Yolks of 3 eggs
 2 teaspoons Royal Baking Powder
 Whites of 3 eggs

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Pre-heat the oven to the required temperature.

MAKING
2) Take 2 small bowls. Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat them well in the separate bowls and keep the ready.
3) In a saucepan, melt the butter. Then, put in the flour and stir. When the flour is well mixed with the butter, pour in the milk slowly.
4)Put in salt, cayenne and cheese. Mix well.
5)Remove the saucepan from heat. Pour in the well beaten yolks .
6) Let the mixture to cool. Add in baking powder and the beaten egg whites.
7)Transfer the mixture to a well greased baking dish.
8) Bake for 25 minutes.

SERVING
9)Remove from oven and serve hot.
