Ingredients

 Oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Whole wheat pastry flour1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 cup grated sharp cheese
 Seasoned salt To Taste
 Sage1/4 Teaspoon
 Thyme1/4 Teaspoon
 Dash or two of cayenne
 Cold water2 Tablespoon

Directions

Mix all ingredients, except water, until thoroughly combined.
Add the water, a little at a time, and work into a rollable dough.
Add a small amount of additional water if necessary.
Refrigerate dough until firm.
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Roll dough on a lightly floured board to the thickness of pie crust, and cut into circles 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
Place on ungreased baking sheet and prick each cracker with a fork.
Bake in preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
Store in airtight container.
