Mix in egg, sausage and bouquet sauce.
Shape mixture into 1 -in balls.
Combine topping ingredients and coat balls with mixture.
Place 9 or 12 balls, close together, in ring on large pie plate or dinner plate.
Place 3 in center of ring.
Microwave 1 to 2 minutes, until balls spring back when touched lightly, rotating 1/4 turn after 1 minute, then every 30 seconds.
