Directions

Thaw frozen fish.
Cut fish into 6 serving-size pieces.
Arrange fish pieces in shallow Baked dish.
In saucepan melt butter or margarine.
Blend in flour, garlic salt, and pepper.
Add milk and dry white wine.
Cook, stirring constantly, till thickened and bubbly.
Stir in 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese.
Pour sauce over fish.
Bake at 350° till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, 20 to 25 minutes.
Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese and paprika over top.
Place under broiler just till cheese is browned and sauce is slightly bubbly, about 1 minute.
Trim with parsley, if desired.
