Cheese Sauce Made with Evaporated Milk Recipe
Ingredients
| Evaporated milk | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Processed cheese | 6 Ounce, grated | |
| Mustard | 1 Teaspoon (Leveled), made | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Put all the ingredients into a saucepan, top of a double saucepan or basin over hot water.
Heat gently, stirring, until cheese dissolves, then cook until thick.
Serve at once.
