Cheese Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| 3/4 cup light cream or milk | ||
| 3/4 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese or 1 cup mild Cheddar or process cheese | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. Take a saucepan, add butter and melt it. Stir in flour along with salt and pepper and blend well. Stirring continuously, add cream. On medium heat, stir and cook the mixture to turn thick and smooth. Add cheese and stir till it melts.
SERVING
2. Use as desired.
