Nippy Cheese Sauce Recipe
Cheese Sauce is my husbands favorite side dish. He will be happy to finish a whole bowl of this sauce with his toasts or meat in a day! I hide this cheese sauce in the fridge so that I can use it only when required!
Ingredients
F.g. dry mustard
1 c. medium white sauce
Dash of cayenne
3/4 c. shredded nippy cheese
Directions
1. To medium white sauce add the dry mustard and cayenne.
2. Just before serving add cheese.
3. Stir over heat just until cheese is melted.
