Ingredients

 Bread pieces4 , sliced
 Cheese6 Tablespoon, grated
 Butter1 Tablespoon
 Made mustard or chilli sauce, 1 teaspoon
 Caraway seeds1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

Mix butter and mustard in a bowl.
Remove crusts from bread.
Butter and cut each slice in to three strips or four triangles.
Press cheese on each piece.
Sprinkle caraway seeds.
Press gently with a knife.
Bake in a hot (210°C) oven for 15-20 minutes.
