Cheese Rusks Recipe
Ingredients

| Cheese | 6 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Made mustard or chilli sauce, 1 teaspoon | ||
| Caraway seeds | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Mix butter and mustard in a bowl.
Remove crusts from bread.
Butter and cut each slice in to three strips or four triangles.
Press cheese on each piece.
Sprinkle caraway seeds.
Press gently with a knife.
Bake in a hot (210°C) oven for 15-20 minutes.
