Cheese Rusks Recipe
Cheese Rusks tastes simple. Cheese Rusks is very easy to make. Cheese Rusks must be tried by rusk lovers.
Ingredients
4 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 cups milk
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
In a bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add butter, mixing until granular.
Fold in Cheddar cheese.
Pour in milk.
Mix until dough leaves sides of bowl.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 400 °F (205 °C).
Butter a cookie sheet.
Set aside.
On a floured surface, roll out dough to a 1/2 inch (1.25 cm) thickness.
Cut into squares with a knife or cookie cutter.
Place on a cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
Bake in oven 15 minutes or so.
Add butter, mixing until granular.
