Cheese Rissoles Recipe
Cheese Rissoles has a sole taste. The cheese and eggs gives the Cheese Rissoles a different taste. Cheese Rissoles is inspired by restaurants internationally.
Ingredients
1 oz. butter
1 oz. flour
1/4 pint milk
Seasoning
1 egg
Fat for frying
6 oz. grated cheese
2 teaspoons chopped parsley
Pinch mixed herbs
2 oz. soft breadcrumbs
Crisp breadcrumbs
Directions
Sieve flour, baking powder and good pinch of salt, pepper, mustard.
Rub in margarine, add cheese and enough milk to make a soft, rolling consistency.
Roll out to about 1/2-1/3 inch thick.
Cut into desired shapes and bake on lightly greased tins for about 10 minutes in a very hot oven (475°F.€”Gas Mark 8).
When cool, split and butter.
