Cheese Rice Recipe

Ingredients
2 cup rice
2 Tbsp. oleo
1/2 onion, chopped
4 oz. sour cream
8 oz. grated mild Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. Velveeta mild Mexican cheese, grated
8 oz. sour cream
2 to 4 whole jalapenos
Directions
Cook 2 cups rice (I use Minute rice).
Saute onion in oleo.
Melt cream cheese in sauteed onions.
Mix cooked rice with grated cheeses, then add sour cream.
Mix sauteed onion mixture next.
Stir well.
May need to add a little milk.
Pour into 1 1/2 quart baking dish and top with 2 to 4 whole jalapenos.
Bake at 375° for approximately 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
