Simple Cheese Rarebits Recipe

1 1/2 teaspoons butter or margarine
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese or pasteurized process American cheese
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Dash ground red pepper
1/3 cup milk
Bread slices, toasted
Directions
1. Melt butter in a 1-quart glass casserole in microwave oven (about

or until cheese begins to melt; stir once.
