Ingredients

 Wholewheat flour 75 gm.
 Refined flour75 Gram (For 30)
 Potatoes150 Gram (For 30)
 Onion50 Gram (For 30)
 Cheese50 Gram (For 30)
 Ginger a small piece
 Green chillies2 (For 30)
 Lime1 (For 30)
 Fat2 Teaspoon (For 30)
 Salt To Taste (For 30)
 Oil to fry

Directions

1. Boil potatoes. Peel and mash. Chop onion, green chillies and ginger finely.
2. Heat 1 tsp. oil. Saute onion. Add chopped ingredients, salt and lime juice to taste. Mix well. Remove.
3. Add grated cheese; mix with sieved flours. Add fat and sufficient water to make a stiff dough. Knead well till smooth. Set aside at least for half an hour. Roll out into puris 7.5 cm. (3") in diameter and deep fry.
