Cheese Puffs Recipe
Ingredients
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Yellow onion | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
| 2 teaspoons Dijon or prepared spicy brown mustard | ||
| Rye bread slice | 4 | |
Directions
1. Preheat the broiler. Combine the mayonnaise, cheese, onion, and mustard.
2. Place the bread in a shallow baking pan and toast one side lightly under the broiler. Spread the cheese mixture over the untoasted sides, then cut each slice into 4 triangles or squares.
3. Broil 6 inches from the heat for 2 minutes, or until the cheese spread is golden brown and slightly puffed. Serve immediately.
